225gr Sierra Game King - 358Win

Good deal, I know how tough it has been for you all.

That's one thing I would like to sort out on my Browning. If I could figure out a way to smooth that trigger up on it a little I could see having another one added. They are some really slick rifles.

I had my BLR trigger cleaned up by Larry Pockrus in Ponder, TX.

He did a fine job. It now breaks clean at 4#.

I have been completely spoiled by the trigger job. I just about wont use a rifle if it has a crummy trigger anymore.

Glad to see how that GK worked in a 358 Win! I'm in the final stages of building one on a Mk X action with a Pac-Nor 22" barrel. Topping it with an older Leica 1.75-6 scope I have. I've been scrounging up those 225 gr SGK's wherever I can find them.
Just might become my go-to sub 250 yard rifle!

Sounds like a great build. Those 225 Sierras should work real well in the 358.

I haven't taken much with that bullet other than a decent sized WT doe, but it still worked just fine.

The 225 grain GK has worked well for me over the years in several 358s. It is a fine bullet for that cartridge.

The 225gr SGK with Reloader 15 has been my go to .35 Whelen load for Wisconsin white tail.
