Nosler Brass in 280 AI

Hi Guys, I believe something was mentioned on this question all ready but I need to be refreshed :wink:.
I was wondering if Nosler brass in the 280AI is the same as a standard 280 AI 40 degree or do they have a different SAAMI?
I bought a box of Nosler believing that it would be the same and then was advised it may not work.

I have used the Nosler brass in three different 280AIs without a problem. It is a little different than the chambers in the rifles but all three of them were cut with non SAAMI reamers. I have heard of loaders having problems but I did not.Rick.

Nosler took the 280 AI to SAAMI for standardization. The brass should be to SAAMI spec?

The brass is no problem. But I had a 40 degree shoulder die from Redding and did not work with Nosler rifle. I needed newer die.
You might want to check it.
