I noticed that Nosler doesn't publish 45ACP load data. I shoot a 5" 1911 and I use VV310, Winchester match cases and Nosler 185gr. HP bullets. My usual load is 4.2 but has anyone had experience with this powder and bullet? Gerry

I want to build a load for using the 45ACP NOSLER 185gr JHP for 25yd ' target competition using BULLSEYE powder. I understand that around 800fps is optimum for target. Does anyone have experience with this combo? Powder load weight? Gerry

I am starting to reload using the 185gr JHP from nosler. my powder of choice would be Vihtavouri N310 Winchester match cases and CCI standrad primers. Has anyone tried this combo and recommend a powder load? Or got any accurate formula for this bullet using other powders?

I did get an off forum reply from someone who had experoence with the Marine Corps Shooting Team load that I am emulating and he said they chose 1.200 I guess trial and error is the thing.
