That is an excellent test. I need to find some more media to test bullets in. Wanna try out some of my loads and see how they hold up. Be great to see pictures of your recovered bullets. Always good to see how various bullets fare through different media. Scotty

Cool Beans! Very Happy That's a lot of bullet testing from a big whopper like a .338 Win mag...

You talking wet or dry newspaper?

The Failsafe, Partition and Grand Slam all had pretty good weight retention, as I'd expect. Thanks for posting your tests. JD338 and I are sort of nuts about bullet testing... Very Happy

I am saving up my milk jugs to test out the 275gr Speer. Hopefully, weather permitting I will catch a few bullets from it. JD is betting 9 jugs, so I will put 11 up to make sure I catch it. I like to look and see how bullets respond to different media. Need to start saving newspapers and old womens magazines! Scotty

They are the Womens magazines and other homey, Hollyweird stuff my wife likes to read. I could probably make a shooting box 6ft long and 3ft deep if I stacked them all in there! Scotty
