    A normal day is like have breakfast in the morning and stuff, fishing etc, unless you want to hunt in the early morning which is possible for the big bears, otherwise just relax and hunt mid afternoon till dark which also I think is best, Lou

    Thanks guys, yes my friend does pretty much everything in house, from tanning to making the jaw set, reproduction nose, habitat etc, I pretty much seen everything he did, most taxidermists here in Ontario send all their hides to a tannery in Quebec which could be a time consuming process and if...

    That looks good, any of those well do the job just fine, with proper shot placement bears aren't hard too kill, even with a lesser caliber, just use a good bullet incase a blood trail is needed. Lou

    as a side note, this bear must of got caught in a trap or snare when he was younger, he was missing 4 out of 5 bear claws and was stubby on the fingers, here's a pic of the claw transplant that we did, pretty simple to do. Lou
